We are looking for an Agile Operations Lead to support our People and Culture team, responsible for driving alignment, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across our teams. You’ll own OKR governance, agile facilitation, and people analytics, ensuring our processes are lean, outcomes are measurable, and teams operate at peak efficiency. This role bridges operational execution with strategic people initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture.

This Poland-based role offers remote flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration. Our team meets in Poland for at least one week each quarter, so we ask all applicants to be located in Poland. This is not a globally remote role - Poland residency is required. The contract form is Umowa o Pracę (brutto).
What you will be responsible for
  1. Facilitating and documenting OKR planning sessions, bi-weekly check-ins, and quarterly retros to ensure alignment and accountability.

  2. Validating team capacity, configuring OKR tools (dashboards, labels, weights), and maintaining planning artifacts (sprint plans, retro boards).

  3. Running agile ceremonies (retros, planning, reviews) when teams need support. Keeping rituals sharp, time-boxed, and outcome-focused.

  4. Owning company-wide people KPIs (worklogs, engagement, capacity), turning data into actionable reports for leadership.

  5. Acting as the first escalation point for team tensions or delivery risks, coordinating with the People Chapter on org-level improvements.

  6. Scheduling and coordinating recurring company events (planning weeks, all-hands) with seamless execution and follow-up.

  7. Tracking retro actions in Jira/Confluence and chasing owners until closure and escalating stalled items if needed.

  8. Proposing data-backed improvements (training, process changes) and piloting small-scale initiatives.

What makes you a match
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in agile facilitation, OKR governance, or people operations, preferably in a StartUp or tech environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data (worklogs, engagement metrics) into clear recommendations.

  • Stakeholder management skills paired with fine-tuned communication skills to hold teams accountable for follow-ups and data submission.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with tools like GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and advanced Analytics for tracking and reporting.

  • Familiarity with GDPR/compliance in People Analytics.

  • Certification in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or HR analytics.

Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Direct communication style, no sugarcoating, just clarity and action - with empathy.

  • Ability to challenge assumptions with data while keeping teams motivated, navigating ambiguity and pushing back when processes lack purpose.

  • Languages:

    • English (fluent) required 

    • Ukrainian, German, Polish: desired, not required
