We are a Swiss product company in the insurance domain seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with 7–9 years of professional expertise to enhance our business service architecture and strengthen collaboration between the Product Design and Product Engineering teams. Your role will directly influence the evolution of our digital platform by connecting functional requirements with technical capabilities and aligning our business service models with market standards.

What you will be responsible for

Lead Business Service Architecture: Drive the Community of Competence to align with strategic goals set by the Product Design Chapter.
Bridge Product Design and Engineering: Translate functional requirements into technical solutions by clarifying APIs, non-functional requirements, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with Market Partners: Work with customers’ IT teams and system integrators (e.g., Ecohub/IGB2B, Adcubum/BBT) to ensure alignment with market-driven technical documentation.
Support Product Development: Partner with Product Owners (PO) and Tech Leads to refine business service models for the Solution Architecture Process.
Ownership of Technical Projects: Facilitate cross-team solutions, assisting in Epic and Story/Task preparation and refinement with POs.

What makes you a fit

Essential Requirements

7–9 years of experience in Technical Product Management, with a focus on Business Service Architecture.
Expertise in domain modeling, domain-driven design, and aligning technical documentation with market standards, ideally in Swiss insurance or a related domain.
Proficiency in English and German, with clear and empathetic communication skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with system integrators in the Swiss insurance market (e.g., Ecohub/IGB2B).
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaboration across teams.
Fluency in Ukrainian is a plus.
